About: Need help with your computer or home technology? I have 25+ years of experience working with computers and technology, and recently started helping people locally with computer issues in their homes. I provide friendly, in-home computer help for homeowners in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and Wake Forest area. If your computer is slow, something stopped working, or you just bought a new device and need help setting it up, I can come to your home and get everything running properly. Services include: • Slow computer cleanup and optimization • Virus and malware removal • New computer setup and updates • Data transfer from old computer to new one • Printer installation and troubleshooting • Wi-Fi and home network troubleshooting • Software installation and updates • Email setup and troubleshooting • Computer training and general help I work primarily with Windows computers and common home technology. I can also assist with basic setup for phones and tablets, including syncing them with your computer or email. My goal is simple: fix the problem and make your technology easy to use again.
