I recently had a water heater die and was in need of a plumber to replace it. I checked whynothire and was given Eric (Platinum plumbing) as a recommendation. I texted him and he responded immediately. Within a few simple text exchanges around 2-3PM (pics of the water heater, his availability and quote), he agreed to do the job for a reasonable price. He informed me that he was booked for the next couple of days, but didn't want to leave me without hot water, so he came to my house for the replacement that same evening at 6PM. The replacement went very smoothly and by 9:30PM, I had a new water heater and Eric left the space tidy when he was done. He was pleasant to work with, and I would highly recommend him.
